Kueh Arisan




Sebetulnya sih ga sengaja bikinnya. Hasrat hati pas hujan deres pengen beli sawi hijo, telor en cabe rawit tuk masak indomie.... pa mo dikata ketemu ma tukang peyeum di depan warung. Alhasil 1 kilo peyeum langsung perpindah tangan.

Tapi... begitu dicari resep cake peyeum yg ada di majalah sedap ga ketemu2... panik.com layau...

Tapi Alhamdulillah ketemu juga lagi nangkring di rak bukunya si Kakak

Kebetulannya lagi besok tuh ada arisan RT nya Uti Selatan, yah lumayan lah buat nambah2in isi kotak kueh.

Cake Tape

Bahan :
  • 4 Btr Telur
  • 200 Gr Tepung terigu
  • 15 Gr Maizena
  • 150 Gr Gula Pasir
  • 1 sdt Baking Powder
  • 200 Gr Tape singkong - haluskan sampai seratnya hilang
  • 200 Gr Margarin
  • 2 sdt Wijen Hitam

Cara Membuat

  • Kocok Mentega dan gula pasir hingga lembut
  • Masukkan tape singkong, kocok hingga rata
  • Masukkan telur satu persatu
  • Campur dengan terigu, maizena dan baking powder
  • Masukkan margarin cair, aduk rata lalu masukkan wijen hitam
  • Masukkan kedalam cetakan kecil lalu panggang dalam suhu 150 derajat
