Double Chocolate Mocca Almond Cake


Puanjang amet yak judulnya...

Abisnya binun mo di kasih judul apa.... secara ini kueh modifikasi antara cake yg resepnya diambil dari resep Death By Chocolate nya NCC, dilapisin ganache 2 warna (milk and dark chocolate) disiram ma sirup mocca pluss garnish dg almond & parutan coklat 2 warna.

Bosen dengan resep sponge cake yg isinya ganache dari DCC, makanya nyoba bikin lapisan pake ganache dari MCC.
